Property Management
The Association provides a variety of development and management services to meet local housing needs directly.
Midlands Rural Housing provides the staff to manage the homes for the Associations. The properties are either owned by the rural housing associations or are managed by them. Our clearly defined and documented service standards ensure consistently high levels of service.
The Housing Management Team provides a full generic service in the following core areas:
