RESPECT Standards

Peak District Rural Housing Association (PDRHA) has signed up to the Respect standard which is voluntary for social landlords to sign up to and is a cross governmental and wide ranging response to antisocial behavior and its causes. The Respect standard  is built around 6 core commitments.

  • Accountability, leadership and commitment.
  • Empowering and reassuring residents.
  • Prevention and early intervention.
  • Tailored services for residents and provision of support for victims and witnesses.
  • Protecting communities through swift enforcement.
  • Support to tackle the cause of antisocial behavior.

PDRHA continually reviews its services to ensure that we can comply with the current core components of the Standard and will ensure performance indictors are part of our Annual Compliance Statement to the Housing Corporation.
