The managment of our properties is our on-going commitment to supporting and enhancing the communities within the rural housing locations. During our site visits residents are invited to contribute to agreed action plans.
In business for Neighbourhoods
Residents and their neighbourhoods are right at the centre of the Association’s business.
Now the Association has made a new commitment to its customers by joining a national alliance of housing associations – iN Business for Neighbourhoods. That means:
- Recognising that customers are the driving force behind our business;
- Listening to customers, responding to their views and engaging them in our work at all levels;
- Offering customers respect, choice and support;
- Doing everything we can to prevent neighbourhood problems and dealing firmly with people who are bad neighbours.
