HOW TO APPLY FOR RENTED HOUSING
Direct Applications
The Association operates our own waiting list for each village where we have accommodation. If you wish to apply to go on our housing register please contact us and we will send a form out to you or click on the link and you can download a housing application form.
Local Authority Nominations
As well as our own housing register we also request nominations for our properties from local authority waiting lists. Accordingly we ask applicants to apply to their local council to ensure that they are also registered on their housing waiting list.

OUR LETTINGS POLICY
Section 106 Agreements
The Association offers tenancies to rural people in housing need and many of our properties are subject to a Section 106 Agreement. This is a planning agreement entered into with local authorities whereby they can restrict the use of the land and ensure that Housing Associations provide affordable housing for local people.
The section 106 agreement will stipulate that an applicant must have a local connection to the area if they wish to apply for accommodation. This will normally be where an applicant lives or has previously lived/worked in the area and has relatives residing there.
