- Get feedback from residents on the Gender Equality Action Plan through the Resident’s Sounding Board.
- Review our Resident Involvement Action Plan to ensure gender equality.
- Review our marketing materials and public relations activity.
- Ensure gender equality is considered when we appoint contractors and buy in services.
- Carry out a review of key Housing Management policies, specifically our Harassment Policy, Complaints Policy & Procedure and our Resident Involvement Strategy & Action Plan.
- Draw up a policy on domestic violence which ensures advice and assistance is provided to anyone affected – male or female.
