Our performance
We ensure all our staff are well trained, motivated, have clear targets that contribute directly to achieving our business goals, and have a commitment to continuously improving our performance.
During the year we produce reports on how we are performing and, on a quarterly basis, whether we have achieved our service targets.
We publish our performance information to our Board on a quarterly basis, and to our residents on an annual basis through our newsletter.
