Welcome to Peak District Rural Housing Association

About us

We work closely with local communities to solve village housing problems, where demand is far greater than supply, making it difficult for local people to buy or lease their own home.

We aim to provide high quality homes for people who would otherwise be unable to stay in their village because of the high cost of housing.

A message from our Chair

"We are a specialist housing association aiming to provide affordable homes for local people in the villages of the Peak District and the surrounding rural area.

We are committed to working with the communities in which we build, and take pride in providing well designed, high quality homes that blend with their surroundings."

Sam Matthews, Chair of Peak District Rural Housing Association, welcomes you to our new website.
