Get involved and share your ideas

Your home. Your voice.
You know more about living in your home than we do!
There are lots of ways you can get involved and help shape our services. It won’t take up much time and there’s no commitment to regular meetings.
Share your experience with us and help us improve our services
We want to ensure that our residents are at the heart of everything we do. The best way to do this is by listening to you, the experts.
For some activities, you could receive a voucher or be entered into a prize draw as a thank you for your time!

- What would I be doing?
- How much time will it take?
- Why get involved?
Your feedback really does make a difference to how we deliver our services.
We get lots of feedback and ideas for how we can improve our services, from surveys, consultations, focus groups, Facebook comments, complaints and of course conversations with our housing, maintenance or customer care teams. Thank you.
Find out about some of the recent improvements we have made by listening to your views.

- Your Idea Matters
Got an idea for how we can improve? Tell us!
Your Idea Matters is a new way for you to send us your ideas.

- We're looking for the big, the small, the simple, the grand!
- Every three months, all ideas will be reviewed by a panel of managers.
- And the winning idea will be implemented.
