Easter Closures 2020
We are closed from 5pm on Thursday 9th April until 9am on Tuesday 14th April.

What is an emergency repair
An emergency repairs are those needed to avoid immediate danger to your health and safety or serious damage and destruction to your home.
This includes things like:-
- Total loss of water (first please check the water authority website to see if it is a wider problem)
- Unsafe electric sockets
- Major/uncontainable leaks (please turn your stop cock off immediate)
- Blocked mains drains (first please check with your water authority) - blocked drains, toilets, sinks/wash hand basins, baths, etc. are residents responsibility to clear
We will aim to make your home safe or prevent further damage. We may need to arrange a further visit to complete the repair.
