Providing a first class service for residents is a top priority all year round, but this week our Customer Care Team deserves special recognition.
It’s National Customer Service Week (2nd to 6th October), a week long opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of good customer service on the success of organisations and businesses.
The feedback we receive from stakeholders consistently praises our customer service, rating it as excellent.
Our team will be receiving some special treats this week as a special thank you for all their great work.
