Satisfaction Survey 2025
Prize draw – terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is: Peak District Rural Housing Association Limited (PDRHA). PDRHA is a registered provider with charitable rules under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Societies Act 2014 – 26807R. Our registered office is at: c/o Rural Action Derbyshire, Town Hall, Bank Road, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3NN.
  2. The following prize is available: 1 x £100 shopping voucher for either Amazon, Aldi, Asda, Love2Shop, Marks and Spencers, or Tesco. No alternative to the stated prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  3. PDRHA employees and board members are not permitted to enter the prize draw.
  4. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
  5. Only current PDRHA residents living a home owned by PDRHA (either as a tenant or shared owner) can enter the prize draw, and they must complete the PDRHA Satisfaction Survey 2025.
  6. Residents must provide an email or phone number so we can contact the winner.
  7. Only one entry per household.
  8. The closing date is when the survey closes on 8 November 2025.
  9. The winner will be chosen by random using random number generator, random.org, from all entries received. The draw will be made by 17 November 2025.
  10. The winner will be informed by 20 November 2025. We will ask the winner whether they agree to the use of their name and photo in publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants, will be used solely to administer the prize draw, in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
  11. Before contacting any prize winners PDRHA will check for any known tenancy breaches. Residents who are in breach of their tenancy, will have their prize forfeited and another draw will be made in its place. There is no right of appeal regarding this.
  12. The winner will be asked their voucher preference. The voucher will be sent by email. If this is not possible the voucher will be posted.
  13. PDRHA’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
